Household Geizer Filters

The Geizer filters are design not only to purify water but also to make water composition ideal and valuable for living organism. With this aim the Geizer Joint-Stock Company developed various modifications of the filters taking into account water properties in different regions. Depending on the water type, all these filters can be divided in the following groups:

• filters for soft water (salts content no more than to 2 mg-equiv./litres);
  
• filters for hard water (salts content more than 2 mg-equiv./litres);
  
• filters for very hard water;
  
• filters for water with elevated content of iron.
  

All the household Geizer filters are based on the unique Geizer filtration material. There are no analogs of this microporous ion-exchange material in the world, and its production is the Geizer Company know-how.

Geizer filtration material removes simultaneously chlorine, heavy metals, manganese, hydrogen sulfide, pesticides, and organic, chemical, and suspended admixtures. Silver, being added in non-removable form (metal) improves bactericide properties of the polymer.

One of the most decisive advantages of the Geizer material is the possibility of its simple and multiple regeneration under the domestic conditions. This significantly decreases the operating costs. Strong sludge discharge in the water pipe (often happened at accidents and on switching on after the repair) can irreversible destroy the common filter cartridge. As for the Geizer, it is not necessary to buy new filter cartridge, because it is the unique household filter, whose operation efficiency can be restored in 20 min.
